what if you have the same dream about falling every night?

and how exactly do you prove this? I understand that it may seem that you're living another life in another Universe, but i've had dreams where i was spinning around a giant monkey.

and how are we getting this portal into another dimension exactly?

1. "everyone knows people have 7 dreams a night..."

wtf? actually no, on average people have 10 dreams per night, and have those dreams anywhere from 4 to 6 times, and these numbers vary. And they have nothing to do with the number of lines on ones hand.

2. "each dream represents a life we're living..." simutaneously.

We only live one life at a time, and chances are there's no such thing as reincarnation.

"First, a "dream" is a form of thinking that occurs when (a) there is a certain, as yet undetermined, minimal level of brain activation, and (b) external stimuli are blocked from entry into the mind, and (c) the system we call the "self system" (the "I," the "me") is shut down"

There's a lot of real info here on dreams. link

During sleep all outside stimulation is cut off. During REM the body is actually paralyzed. Dreams can seem real because they are real thoughts, and there are no other stimulus going on.

There is even a thing called "night terrors" which is a very real condition where one part of the brain is aware and awake, while another part is asleep. The body is still in a state of REM, and often paralyzed, and so one is awake, and at the same time dreaming and unable to move for usually a second or two. The person will swear the dream was real, it is often blamed on a ghost, it's common to feel pressure on the chest, or get the sensation that one is being chocked, I used to have these regularly until I learned what they were. It seems to be that once one knows what they are and are no longer afraid, they go away.

There was a time when dreams such as these was blamed on witches, and people would die because of them, the person experiencing them believing it was an evil spell or spirit.

At any rate, falling is probably the most common dream people remember. I think everyone has awakened from a dream where they are falling, and wake up in a sweat a second before they hit the ground in their dream.

Usually people say that this means the person is feeling some impending danger, that things are falling apart in their life and this is the brains interpretation of the situation. But really, one may just happen to be having a dream about falling.

During sleep the brain is going through stuff that has happened, real things it remembers. And so there is some validity in using them to get at ones true feelings about something, or even deciding on a course of action.

But I promise, that a dream is not a window into the future, or a window to "alternate lives."

It's just a combination of your experiences of the day, random firing synapsis, and the brains interpretation of these.

Now how the hell can anyone prove this?

There was a time when dreams such as these was blamed on witches, and people would die because of them, the person experiencing them believing it was an evil spell or spirit.

How does anyone know what they were dreaming about before they died in their sleep?

I left a comment on the linked page, but in case you missed it:

You're one of those kids who had parents who were afraid to tell him he was ever wrong. So this has been a long time coming.

You're wrong. And stupid.

I have always been fascinated with dreams and I believe that it could sometimes have some significance in our life. They said that it could sometimes be a manifestation of what we want to achieve in life.
