Physicists are always rethinking physics. That's how we get a better understanding of the universe, and I don't think any physicist took Einstein's theorems as absolute truth. It was the best he, or anyone, could have done at the time. We had this conversation in class, and it was disgusting how many were overjoyed at the prospect of "the almighty" Einstein being wrong. He was still the most brilliant man to have lived in recent world history, even if things turn out to be different to what he came up with. There, rant done. Side: Time to rethink physics

When I was looking this up, I stumbled upon an article saying that it may just be a mistake. Now, I could look up the article, but I figure you already know about it. It's unclear because of the margin of error. I'm thinking that as you go further and further into subatomic particles, you will get closer and closer, making the margin of error slimmer and slimmer. Will we ever reach a particle than can go faster than the speed of light? Possibly. I believe that Einstein was not completely opposed to the idea. It just has to be of a specific mass. As well, scientists of olden days say a lot of things that end up being shown not as true with new information. We know a lot these days that even Einstein didn't know back then.
