Everyone is an Atheist - True or False?
PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING
Atheism is - disbelief in the existence of a supreme being or beings. Contrary to what many religious folk might believe it is not the positive assertion that god does not exist.
My argument is that there have been hundreds of gods through out human history, many of which have sacred texts which each assert that their God is real, true and exists. Most people, most sane ones at least, don't adhere to multiple religions and only follow one and believe in that religion's holy book. The qur'an, the bible, the book of mormon, the upanishads, the vedas, the Guru Granth Sahib... what do these books have in common? All of them assert the claim that their God is true.
I make the claim that every religious person is an atheist, because they lack belief in all but one of the many Gods religions espouse the existence of.

Fantastic. But the belief in any god is theism. Regardless that they don't believe in a whole bunch of other gods, they still believe in a god. From the point of view of an atheist, this is one too many. Interesting none the less, and the info does hypnotize the reader so they loose track as I'm seeing from these other responses. Simple answer despite that is no, not everyone is atheist. Side: False
Dude, you're getting too deep for me... LOL... I get what you're saying, trust me, but words are words and many times they mean nothing.... Kind of like all the words written down in all the holy books of the word come and gone. What to believe and what not to believe? Considering all the religious writings... why would I believe any one over another? I wouldn't and therefore I believe none. Side: False

I chose this side because there's no in between state. See, I think that you are right. All the way to the point where the religious atheist and the non-religious atheist get on a plane and then the plane takes a nose dive and is about to crash. Then everyone on the plane believes in every God that ever existed.... just in case ;) Side: False
