To dispute your third point, wouldn't the same law that arms a rape victim also arms the rapist? A person stands a much bigger chance against a rapist without a gun than a rapist with one. For your fourth point, the KKK is a pretty much illegal organization, and despised by every sane person in the world, so no one would force people to cater their conventions.
And last of all, Christians are much more phony than liberals. Remember "thou shalt not kill"? Well, the Crusades were some of the most bloody wars ever fought, and it was all in the name of god. Please get your facts right.
We have laws that give much more severe sentences when a criminal uses a gun. They understand this and rapists most times do not use guns. Date rape happens all the time. Do you think these idiots planned the crime and took a gun?
If the supreme court passes this so called non discrimination, it would set a precedent to force ALL businesses to cater events that goes against their beliefs or conscience.
Jewish busnesses would have to cater nazi conventions, Peta groups would be forced to cater fur trappers conventions, a feminist wold be forced to cater a chauvenist conventon, a private business would be forced to cater his ex spouse marriage reception, etc. etc.

I didn't say I don't support them, I said that whatever my opinion is on whether I myself would do it, I believe it should ultimately come down to the woman. It's her body, her burden.

It's really quite common. I've seen a lot of women say that whilst they, personally, would never get an abortion, they are pro-choice because they understand that every circumstance and every person is different, and ultimately it should come down to the woman to decide.

I followed the Congressional hearings on Partial birth abortions, and the doctors testified that the majority of late term abortions are done so because of Downs Syndrome and other Special Need's babies.

What they are calling severe fetal abnormalities is actually those Special Olympic children you see competing on the Track fields.
I'm personally against late term abortions anyway, however one can understand the desire to have one.
I'm a firm believer in quality of life, and there are some disabilities which result in a child being completely unable to participate in daily activities without help (these are not the "Special Olympics" children you're talking about).
I don't think aborting a child with disabilities because of their condition is a particularly great reason to have an abortion, and I feel adoption would be a "nicer" alternative, but regardless I stand by my belief that our bodies shouldn't be regulated by the government. Women should be able to choose what to do with their bodies whether what they do is "right" or "wrong".
