Which part of the constitution says that refugees must be banned from the country? It is only a double standard if they are fighting against the constitution. The constitution says that everyone gets equal treatment, so the laws for gays can't be a states rights issue. The constitution says the state can decide on everything that isn't covered by the constitution. It isn't a double standard to think states rights exist in some cases and not others. BUT, when it comes to Gay marriage, to Transgenders in opposite gender public bathrooms, to Boys in our daugther's bathrooms in public schools, to Obamacare, to how the private Boy Scout organization is run, etc., etc., THEN it is ok for a Big Brother Federal Government to force it's will on every sovereign State. The hypocrisy and double standard from this Party is beyond unbelievable Yes. The hypocrisy is indeed beyond unbelievable...... Simply amazing he can't see it. |
