You have to be completely delusional to think that this proposed legislation will do as you say but of course delusional is exactly what you are.

Analysts at the nonpartisan Tax Policy Center who studied the proposal predict that nearly three-quarters of the savings from the tax overhaul would go to the top 20 percent of earners — those making more than $149,000. More than half the savings would go to the top 1 percent — people who earn more than $732,800. The tax breaks are even more tilted to the wealthy by the 10th year of the overhaul, when the Tax Policy Center projects nearly 80 percent of the savings would go to the top 1 percent of earners.

"His (Trumps) proposal would cut taxes at all income levels, although the largest benefits, in dollar and percentage terms, would go to the highest-income households. Federal revenues would fall by $6.2 trillion over the first decade before accounting for added interest costs. Including interest costs, the federal debt would rise by $7.2 trillion over the first decade and by $20.9 trillion by 2036."

Add to that the fact that in order to pay for this gift to the uber-rich the GOP plan is to severely cut Medicaid and Medicare. Later when the big tax cuts to the rich kick in they'll come for your Social Security - and they'll get it.
