Well not bad an argument :Can you see God no ,can you see aliens of course not; Then what the bottom line,it's as plain as water Gods may be aliens ,overlooking us with sheer disdain waiting for an opportunity to pull us to either Heaven or Hell (as some might say).

We do not know that. At this current moment, there is no way to guarantee there are other living organisms in the universe. If you include the entire age of the universe, then that chance increases greatly.

It's possible, whenever ancient man described the gods he always described what modern man would call aliens. Also the human genetic strand is too mathematically perfect to be natural.

Anyone in the "YES" column if you have not already done so, I recommend you read Erich von Daniken's book Chariots of the gods, published back in 1968.

This was a regular topic for debate way back then and I guess it still is.

Personally I think gods or aliens are an excellent example of the creativity, fertility, and capacity of our amazing imaginations to create structures built solely upon faith that have to this day maintained such devotion.

Well when you say Gods are creative, imaginary why you keep on arguing about Gods' presence; You may not see them ,and you've not probably seen your Great-Grandmother then would you say your Great-Grandmother was an excellent example of creativity, capacity of our excellent ideas and horizons.By the way no hard feelings,it's a debate site and so I make this comment.

Without suffering, we would not be equipped to survive. Therefore, any God that eliminates suffering does not want us to survive and cannot be trusted.

Unless that god's ultimate plan is for people to be in heaven with Him - then, why not bypass the suffering and the living?
