"Our current Prime Minister is a twat" David Cameron isn't a twat; he's a legend. He may have faced some hardships in his career due to what was left for him by other governments and the mess that they've made, but that doesn't mean that he should be falsely accredited the blame (although he often is)! He is a politician, and he does what politicians do. Speak. He does this admirably well and this is reflective upon the rest of the Conservative Party. He is a brilliant speaker and politician, but unlike many one dimensional politicians of this age he can manage a social life, too. He does all kinds of things such as play Angry Birds and beating legends at tennis. Not only that, but he beat Boris Becker for charity. David Cameron is someone who I am happy is currently representing our country and, along with Boris Johnson the perfect party is represented. Side: Great Britain
I'm sorry after all the times I have supported me you have acted like a complete Alex Pepler! NO MORE! David Cameron is a greedy, spoiled malicious bastard. He steels from the poor and gives to the rich. Bastard! I am sorry I am for GB here but Cameron? No way. This country has gone in to complete decline since he took over. VAT Is going through the roof, Petrol prices are zooming up, the poor get poorer and the rich get richer. And that WANKER George Osborn has the NERVE to say "We're all in it together..." CUNTING BASTARDS THE LOT OF THEM! Side: Great Britain
Britain would win. There are a couple of reasons, but primarily, we would have more allies. America may have the most amount of money invested in military technology of any other country, but that does not mean that they have the means to effectively use it. They may not be intelligent enough, may not have enough manpower, and if they could use it successfully it may not mean much in the perspective of things. America does not have as many allies as Britain would, and that is why we would win. America has annoyed all kinds of nations across the globe and killed loads of innocent people mercilessly - this doesn't give them an advantage in war because people will be posed against them. Britain could not lose with all of the extra allies. Side: Great Britain
Despite what you say, you forgot that GB has pissed off many nations as well. So don't get your hopes up on that one. USA and GB are partners in crime in almost everything. And we may not be smart enough? Lmfao! Am not even going to bother with that. Man power? Well lets see 45M vs 300M. Something there doesn't quite add up. Finally, again allies! Well considerering that the US as a nation is really powerful by itself, a few allies to join should do the trick. We don't need alot! Plus how many of your allies will dare to stand against the US? Rugby - GB win. Football (as you say 'soccer') - GB win. Croquet (as you say 'wickets') - GB win. Cricket - GB win. Badminton - GB win. Tennis - GB win. Polo - GB win. Horse racing - GB win. Boxing - GB win. 'actual' war - GB win. Great Britain would win everything against The USA, sorry fellas. Side: Great Britain
How much crack did you smoke this morning? You think Great Britain is better at boxing? HAHAHAHAHA! Muhammad Ali = American Mike Tyson = American Sugar Ray Leonard = American Joe Fraiser = American Jack Dampsey = American Sugar Ray Robinson = American In fact nearly every famous boxer for the last 50 years has been American. Great Britain? I've never heard of one.
You Brits are such pussies that you think little girl activities like Croquet, Cricket, Badminton, Tennis, Polo, and Horse racing count as real sports. That's also why you can't play a mans game like American football. Grow a pair and play some real sports, UK. Seriously, you're embarrassing yourselves. Side: The United States of America

Didn't make it clear that I was referring to current times as I assumed that the question was asking if GB vs USA were to have an actual war NOW. Obviously I can't deny America has produced some of the finest boxers the World has ever seen, all my favourites are American. I can't believe you'd actually think I'd think Great Britain had better boxers throughout history, I could ask how much crack you smoked this morning. Note to self: in future write my arguments in the most Simpleton's basic layman's terms format possible, showing references to past, present and future tenses when judas is in the same debate. Sorry geezer, my bad. Next time I'll make the points I'm trying to get across clearer for you. I say 'for you' because everyone else surely knows that I know America has had better boxers than Great Britain. Side: Great Britain
lets see, assuming that diplomatic relations had degraded that far, we can only assume that the UN is no longer in the picture. wars are expensive and the U.S... lets face it if countries could declare bankruptcy we would have by now. With nobody left willing to finance our campaigns the citizens would be taxed through the roof, until the point where grass roots armed resistance movements would start coping up all over the main land. Then Great Brittan would just sit back and laugh as we tore ourselves apart from the inside out. Side: Great Britain

History has shown us that you cannot predict the outcome of a war with accuracy, but based on artillery and numbers I think the U.S. would win. I am also sure that the dash of ethnocentricism in my blood leads me to this opinion. Simply put, nobody could ever really know. Side: The United States of America

I'm staggered that anyone could think the UK could overcome the USA in any kind of war. The U.S outguns us in every military department, is more self sufficient than the UK is for food and raw materials. This wasn't worthy of serious debate. Side: The United States of America
No offense to the brits. But seriously? You guys seriously think you can win? You coulden't even handle us while we were your colonies, and you guys were a super power. What makes you think that you can defeat us now that we are the greatest sole super power to ever existed? Sure that was 3 century ago. Still there is no way you guys stand a chance. You guys are good, maybe even great. But your no way near the level of USA. In matter of fact no other country is. We are you times 10. Side: The United States of America

We currently have zero aircraft carriers in service, and for some reason we sold all our harriers to the US immediately after spending hundreds of millions on a complete refit. So the UK has no strike power for a good few years. I think we have 2 or 3 carriers on order, but these will be ready for service before all the new aircraft are finished. They have Iran and China surrounded with a European buffer zone around Russia. The only concern for the US is the fact that the Chinese have been injecting secret spy code into their chips for the last decade. Side: The United States of America

US has more of everything compared to the Brits and U.S. has more land which means that if it go,s nuclear us will still be there and U.K. will be nothing+ Hundreds of our nukes will be left over. But the bond between U.S. and U.K. is too great for this to ever happen. Side: The United States of America
So far this year the United States has spent 711 billion dollars on military. The united kingdom, 57.5 billion. Do I even need to say anything else? Side: The United States of America
