Has RACISM come out of the closet??

Hello:

Seems to me, that on these very pages, racists are no longer DENYING their racism - they're EMBRACING it.  Frankly, I'm GLAD they've come out of the closet.

Having said that, do you think I'm talking about somebody like ME, who READS about the inferiority of black people and comments on what he's read, or do you think I'm talking about people who SAY that black people are inferior???

You're talking about THIS AlofRI?? The one who has 3 black grandchildren and one black Great-grandchild?? THAT racist? Nah, you couldn't be THAT stupid.

THIS AlofRI has been around since the master of brainwashing was flexing his Nazi muscles and I KNOW how effective it can be! I wouldn't ignore any conservative .... to DANGEROUS! Black OR white! I DO suggest that any black Republican look carefully at his other peers and consider what is REALITY, and what is the result of said conservative brainwashing ...A la .. Breitbart and Faux news, etc..

I AM somewhat shocked at how MUCH racism has been RE-generated in THIS country BY right wing media ... I REALLY thought we were smarter than 1930's Germany, I thought we MUST have learned! Guess not. :-(

Right Wing Media has created racism as you think. Quite the opposite Left Wing Media stokes and fans the flame of racism and any brainwashing is produced by your peers.

You sound like the stereotypical racist who says "but I have black friends".

I don't have to argue with you about this, I can just quote your racist ass. "Tim Scott is black and a Republican.... I wouldn't take anything he says too seriously."

AlofRI,

I AM somewhat shocked at how MUCH racism has been RE-generated in THIS country BY right wing media ...

What regenerated racism is the increase in identity politics. Too many people think that different standards should be applied to people based on race. When Harvard adjusts SAT scores for applicants based on the race of the applicant, we are looking at institutionalized racism.

Many Democrats and other liberals have been doing this sort of thing for decades, but somehow never noticed they were racist, or at the very least were instituting racist policies.

I am not saying any of these people are anything other than well meaning. Moreover, I am relatively sure that because they want race-based adjustment of standards for the purpose of helping people, they don't even recognize that they are racist.

Racism is not always a moral evil in the sense that it is hateful or consciously dismissive.

The problem is that it is an intellectual flaw based on logical fallacies, and leads to false conclusions that can cause all kinds of havoc with the ability to run a society justly.

People are individuals who cannot control the actions or feel the suffering of other people (long dead or still living) who are lumped with us into some racial category.

Because these categories are based on incidental attributes, they are not even indicative of our values, actions, capabilities, or circumstances, or of any meaningful similarity with others in our own racial category.

However, people on the left, liberals, Democrats freely recommend that advantages be granted or not to folks based on race.

It is the left that is the core of bringing back racism.

I am not denying that there are also racists on the right. They just don't try to institutionalize racism by instituting policies whose stated purpose is to select people out base on race, and then apply different standards based on that particular irrelevancy.

What is sad is the left claims a "hidden racism" needed to be overtly manifested and "unhidden". It's like wishing all the hidden child molesters would quit being silent and then thinking you had done something brilliant by creating a mass child rape spree.... at least you exposed the hidden desire to grind children like animals.

Nevertheless, racism of some sort exists in every person on Earth. Hidden racism is the end game. It's the best you can do. We had it in the late 70s, the 80s, and in the 90s. Now we have Progressive world where all racists of any sort and amount must be brought to the light. That is of course, unless said racists are in the leftist cult...

More than 70 percent of all black children today are born to an unmarried mom, a three-fold increase in that rate since the 1960's.

Can that be blamed on racist America in the mind of a simpleton.

Speak with whatever nonsense you can conjure up.

Merriam Webster defines "racism" as "a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race"

Merriam Webster defines "race" as "a category of humankind that shares certain distinctive physical traits"

So who are the people determining who the races are? What distinctive physical traits are we including and excluding to designate a particular race?

Then, to claim "inherent superiority", you have to have a measuring stick, which is relative. Are certain physical traits superior to other physical traits when it comes to whatever is being measured against?

As an example, if we are going to define race by "skin color", white skin burns easier in the sun than black skin. You could argue that black skin is superior at resisting burn.

Are facts racist? Yes, but they are also relative. Relative to what is identified as race. Relative to what the measuring stick to compare them is. Relative to even what definition of "race" we are using.

Another definition that Merriam Webster uses for "race" is "a class or kind of people unified by shared interests, habits, or characteristics"

Are certain habits, interests, and characteristics superior at certain tasks or in certain environments than others? Of course they are. Once again, facts are racist.

But there is another problem here. People frequently use statistics to show how race is tied to certain behaviors or ways of living. You have to ask yourself, do the defining characteristics a race have anything to do with correlation?

Lets say you define race based on the size of people's feet. Lets just say, on average, the race of big feet statistically eat more fruit than the people with small feet. Does that mean that the size of feet have anything to do with how much fruit you eat? To equate correlation with causation is a form of superstition.

The word "discriminate" as defined by merriam webster means to "to mark or perceive the distinguishing or peculiar features of"

It is impossible to acknowledge race without using discrimination. At the same time, people should be asking themselves.... If it is law that the government does not discriminate based on race, why is it that so much paperwork ask you to self identify your race?

Most people are racist. The biggest racists? Usually the ones who think they are combating racism. That's kind of part of the joke.

Kind of also like how the word "discriminate" has such a negative connotation to it. If you get rid of discrimination, you know what else goes with it? The ability to tell right from wrong. The ability to tell things apart. Choice. Voting. It is no coincidence that the people who push for powerful government and wish to enslave us use these words. They tell us exactly what they are doing. The confusion comes out of confusing the common understanding of language in order that they may trick us into going along with what we don't really want to go along with.

There is good racism and there is bad racism. The idea that everyone is the same and equal should be horrifying to and maybe even especially to the disadvantaged. Besides that, the fact that it clearly isn't true should eat away at anyone. No amount of stubbornness or pretending will overcome the truth.

And on that note, Jesus Saves
