That's an euphemism for selective memory loss. The real culprits in this disgraceful mess are those who endorsed her candidacy for the position of the leader of the most powerful nation on earth. No one in their right mind would believe that she could not actually remember or that she was not aware of what a "c" meant, or how to handle government documents after leaving, etc. If it were true then she has serious health issues and should not be president. Either way, no one should be voting for her. She is an absolute corrupt liar and criminal and understood EVERYTHING she was doing. Concussions , blood clots and coughing spells. Hillary is not fit for the office of president. National Security is at risk with this woman and the MSM knows it. If elected the MSM will throw her under the bus for her vice president choice.
