Several religions consider women "inferior". Some don't even want them educated. One more reason we would be better off without religions. Women HAVE to be a bit more "militant" to make their voices heard by these "men" who have been "indoctrinated" to the fact(?) that THEY are the superior gender.

The Dalai Lama apparently belongs to a more open religion. I agree with him here. The religions that don't accept his thoughts on this matter have kept us in wars for centuries. Time to rethink, methinks! Women could not do any WORSE than the "superior" men have. ;-)
