I'm sure that a number of liberals "support Islam" to an extent. I'm not one of them. However I DO support the Constitution and ALL religions are "supported" by it, AS LONG AS they abide by that Constitution, That means, they can not stone people to death, they can not burn people at the stake, they can not become the ONLY religion allowed, and they are NOT SUPPOSED to control the U.S. Government with their religious laws and they are not supposed to MAKE any laws that are based on their particular "book of rules"! If Sharia courts exist in their neighborhoods, I believe that is a "right". Physical punishment that is cruel or causes a death is NOT Constitutional and is therefor punishable by law. I would be happy if ALL religions were gone, but people have rights. PEOPLE, not Catholics, Baptists, Muslims, but PEOPLE. That's what the Constitution was designed for WE, the people, NOT religions.
