Abu Hurairah(radhiallâhu anhu) narrated that the Prophet(sallallâhu‘alayhi wasallam)said, "Goodness and comfort are for him who worships his Rabb in a perfect manner and serves his master sincerely.”(Bukhari 3/725)
Ibn Umar(radhiallâhu anhu) narrated that Allâh’s Messenger (sallallâhu‘alayhi wasallam)said, "If a slave is honest and faithful to his master and worships his Rabb (Allâh) in a perfect manner, he will get a double reward.”(Bukhari 3/722)
Abu Hurairah (radhiallâhu anhu) narrated that the Prophet(sallallâhu‘alayhi wasallam) said, "Whoever believes in Allâh and His Messenger, offers prayers perfectly and fasts (the month of) Ramadan then it is incumbent upon Allâh to admit him into Paradise, whether he emigrates for Allâh’s cause or stays in the land where he was born.” They (the companions of the Prophet(sallallâhu‘alayhi wasallam) said, "O Allâh’s Messenger (sallallâhu‘alayhi wasallam)! Should we not inform the people of that?" He said, "There are one-hundred degrees in Paradise which Allâh has prepared for those who carry on Jihad in His Cause. The distance between every two degrees is like the distance between the sky and the Earth.So if you ask Allâh for anything, ask Him for the Firdaus, for it is the last part of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise, and at its top there is the Throne of Beneficent, and from it gush forth the rivers of Paradise.”(Bukhari 9/519)
Abdullah ibn Hisham (radhiallâhu anhu) narrated: “We were with the Prophet(sallallâhu‘alayhi wasallam) and he was holding the hand of 'Umar bin Al-Khattab. 'Umar said to Him, "O Allâh’s Messenger! You are dearer to me than everything except my own self.” The Prophet(sallallâhu‘alayhi wasallam) said, "No, by Him in Whose Hand my soul is, (you will not have complete or perfect faith) till I am dearer to you than your own self.” Then 'Umar said to him, "However, now, by Allâh, you are dearer to me than my own self.” The Prophet(sallallâhu‘alayhi wasallam) said, "Now, O 'Umar, you are a believer.”(Bukhari 8/628)

Also, we have no definit proof of which religion is the most correct, or if we even need religion at all. Don't say which one is more right, just wait until death to find out. I think any god would understand.
Saudi Arabia uses the Sharia Law(Islamic law) and look at there country.No Adultery,No Theft No Murder,people leave there shop unattended and nothing gets stolen.Islam is the perfect religion.If every one where Muslim,every one would be giving zakaat(charity).if every one gives zakaat will there be so much poverty in Africa.Islam has the answer to all the problems the world faces today.but the world is to ignorant and believes what a box in the living room says(Television)about Islam.Sharia law chops off our current problems at the root. so instead of saying don't drink and drive. Since The Noble Quran motivated the muslims in many ways by which the Islamic civilisation became the best civilisation paving a way to modern science by laying a foundation for the modern world,since Allah says in many places in the Quran to ponder,observe,reflect,understand the creation of Allah.

I have had plenty of experience with your religion, my mother is a convert to it. And even when I was sensitive to issues regarding Islam I always denounced the black box's importance, it contradicted the immaterial nature of the religion. The reason Islam and all other religions deserve to be treated like trash is simple: they are immoral. I'm an objectivist, meaning I am aware morality is defined through rationality and logic. Religion gives man an excuse and incentive to act irrationally. 911 and such are the true faces of Islam and religion, the true manifestation of faith. In the end you have no knowledge whatsoever about the nature of being and reality, you just have a fiction book. To treat religion with any respect is to insult humanity at large. Your fiction story made complete with your molester prophet( oh excuse me, it was just a different culture and time which makes it perfectly ok) is a laughable way to live.
It is a traditional belief that soothes people..traditional people. And it is not the only way God can feel you. It is one of the many ways. It is a tolerable feature in the religion that satisfies them.

Islam is the best, now the God guidance is complete which come to mankind in series and bring by different prophets during different time starting from Adam, gone through Noah, Abrahim, Moses, Christ (may peace be upon them) and ends upon its final revelation on Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). The present state of Muslims and Muslim world shouldn't give you misunderstanding that if they are the best than why they are lacking behind. The simple answer to that query is that the present age Muslim they forget their duty to call for good deeds, they are not practicing Muslim. Islam in the UK is growing at an astronomical rate according to recent studies.
“Muslims in England and Wales are practising their faith and passing it on to their children at much higher rates than any other religion, including Christianity,” the Muslim News reported last month.
The report comes after research recently published in a sociology journal showed that 77% of actively practicing Muslim families successfully perpetuate their faith to the next generation, in contrast to only 29% in actively practicing Christian families and 65% in other religions
The study, ‘Intergenerational transmission of Islam in England and Wales: evidence from the Citizenship Survey’ by academics from Cardiff University, found that 98% of Muslim children surveyed said they had the religion their parents were brought up in, compared with 62% of Christians and 89% of other religions.

What accounts for the fact that 77% of actively practicing Muslim families successfully perpetuate their faith to the next generation, in contrast to only 29% in actively practicing Christian households?
No doubt there are numerous reasons for this, but one important factor is education. Professor Scourfield, one of the researchers in the recent study, was quoted in The Muslim News as saying,
“Muslim children tend to lead busy lives, often attending religious education classes outside school three or more times each week on top of any other commitments they have.
“They typically learn to read the Qur’an in Arabic. They also learn a great deal about their faith from parents and other family members. Religion can have an especially important role for minority communities in keeping together the bonds between families from the same ethnic background.”
Even when Muslim children go to the state schools, their parents make sure that they get a solidly Muslim education. By contrast, Christian parents in Britain can often be incredibly ambivalent about the formative role that education plays, sometimes even completely denying that it has any relation to how successfully the faith is perpetuated from one generation to the next.
In addition to this, there is the strong role that community plays in keeping children within the faith. Muslims are raised to think in very communal and corporate terms, so that to grow up and abandon the faith is equivalent to abandoning one’s own people. By contrast, Christians within Britain (and sadly throughout much of the Western world) tend to think very individualistically. Even when faith is perceived to be about more than one’s own spiritual interiority, it is still thought to be primarily an individualistic experience. Consequently, a Christian child can grow up and abandon the faith without feeling that he or she is also abandoning his or her own people. This makes apostasy a lot easier.
Another reason stems from the fact that the Islamic religion is so totalizing, affecting every area of life. It is woven into the fabric of every level of the culture in which a child grows up. British Muslims have been careful to preserve this culture within their communities and to prevent it being neutralized throughWesternization. This too has something to do with the strong retention rate. To grow up and leave the faith would be to grow up and turn one’s back on one’s culture.
Conversion
If what I suggested in the last section explains why British Muslims have such a strong record at perpetuating the faith from one generation to the next, what explains the surprising levels of conversion?
Part of the reason is that Muslims take evangelism seriously. Batool al-Toma, who runs the New Muslims Project, has commented that “Islam is a missionary religion, and many Muslim organisations and particularly university students’ Islamic societies have active outreach programmes designed to remove popular misconceptions about the faith.”
Another reason why are so many Britons are becoming Muslim is that the Islamic faith is an escape route from the decadence and moral bankruptcy of contemporary British society. At least, that is the testimony given by many converts. The Faith Matters survey cited above found that numerous young women (on average 27 years old) are going into Islam as a reaction to the moral licentiousness, drunkenness and ‘unrestrained consumerism’ of modern society. Quite simply, British young people are craving the stability that Islam brings.
Young men are converting for the same reason. “I liked the way the Muslims students I knew conducted themselves” says Paul Martin, a 27-year old convert to Islam. “It’s nice to think about people having one partner for life and not doing anything harmful to their body. I just preferred the Islamic lifestyle and from there I looked into the Qur’an.”
Lynne Ali converted to Islam at age 19. Her story is similar to scores of other young women who are attractive to the Islamic lifestyle. Having been what she calls “a typical white hard-partying teenager”, she felt a great void in her life.
“I would go out and get drunk with friends,” Lynne recounts, “wear tight and revealing clothing and date boys. I think, underneath it all, I must have been searching for something, and I wasn’t feeling fulfilled by my hard-drinking, party lifestyle.” When Lynne met her boyfriend, Zahid, at university, she felt that Islam offered an escape route. “I am so grateful I found my escape route…I am no longer a slave to a broken society and its expectations.”
Surely, if Islam isn't the best there wouldn't be so many people converting to it and Muslim children would not feel so satisfied with it.

No religion will ever be the best since all religions are simply different perspectives of the same thing, that being life and the fear of what is to come after life. And as for Islam being unique in its approach to life and its teachings of kindness and empathy and such, its not unique most religions have this approach and they all try to teach decency towards your fellow man.
They are teaching a good rule to abide from if you ignore some of the stale rules that suited a million years back and try to utilize what is still good..it is not as bad as it sounds. And fasting as a matter of fact if you ever learnt Psychology is a beneficial method used in many a religions to help human brains get a grip on various harmful emotions such as anger, Sympathy as opposed to empathy and etc... It is believed that if for a day you can control your hunger and sacrifice some of your anger, use less abusive words.. It helps out immensely. It's used in Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Australian Aborigines and etc.

In Islam we fast to experience what our brothers and sisters have to experience and this stops us from wasting food and encourages us to help them because we understand their suffering.

You're missing the point. We're not talking about how you live, we're talking about how, being blessed with a good life, you should try and help the poor and not for get them because you aren't as unfortunate as them.
It was the necessarily unverifiability of divine revelation that was at the heart of my objection. Every religion no matter how big or how small must have come from at some point or another a first follower then the inevitable question arises "Where did that first follower get his/her information?". If someone claims that God spoke to them directly, how can I verify this or should I simply take their word for it?

Look at these, no mention of self worth or choice, no saying slavery is wrong, just that a slave should obey. This is the religion of authority, taking your life and limiting it to the point where your life is not your own.
Umm...I think you may have misunderstood this a teensy weensy bit. When it says "slave" it means a Muslim, someone who worships Allah. This means Muslims should be honest and faithful and worship Allah sincerely.

So you are saying that Islam is the "Best" because certain Muslims and the Qur'an state it is the best? In that case, Christianity is the best because the Bible says so. Judaism is the best because the Tanakh says so. Hinduism is the best because the Vedas say so. Your argument is not valid or sound.

I disagree with the fact that Bible forbids the eating of pork. I would like to clarify that Old Testament forbids the eating of pork and blood and in this case I do not have any oppositions.
However, it is necessary to point out that most of christians follow the New Testament and it explains that a christian can eat whatever he or she wants with one exception do not to eat blood. Maybe you would like to ask me why? The answer is very simple: because all the Old Testament dietary regulations (in Christianity) were abolished by council of the apostles in Jerusalem. According to the apostles after the sacrifice of Christ, there is nothing unclean can be for christians.
What I've never really understood is why the Christians changed the bible. Surely Paul never even met Jesus (a.s) so why did Christians accept his new testament?
The Quran has never been changed in 1300 years so I find it slightly strange that Christians don't follow the old testament.

I think you might be referring to the translations of the Quran. all translations are different because nothing can be translated exactly the same by different people.
The Arabic Quran is much different from the translations and you have to be able to understand Arabic to truly read it properly because no translation, however impressive, can ever truly capture the magnificence of the Quran in Arabic. It is the Arabic Quran which has never had a single letter changed.
However "easy" it is to translate it to modern languages, the Quran's magnificence can never be captured in any language but the language it was revealed in because it is the words of Allah.
8th century arabic was very primitive language. It's just a mixture of other already known religions, nothing difficult to translate. You are just and idiot incapable of comparison of his personal delusions with reality.
As with all religions, Islam has fatal flaws. But this is just another example where someone who truly hasn't explored the other aspects of the world is trying to preach towards a far more experienced base. This Muslim has no grasp on the ideals of other people, he can't think of a scenario that involves him being wrong about anything. I see no outside evidence of his claim, only versus from the religious text the religion hails from.
Islam is the scourge of mankind (well one of two to be precise). Islam brings out the worst in man. It's a death and hate cult where the most perverted and sadistic is highest in rank.
Not even, however, if you consider a pedophile the "perfect man", you may want to consider Islam. If you believe in misogyny and that women are property, Islam may be your calling. If you don't believe in freedom of speech/expression, Islam is waiting for you. If you don't believe in freedom of/from religion, Islam beckons. If you don't belief in lifestyle choice, Islam is right up your alley. All things considered, I'll pass on Islam.
