I dunno.. Does $25 BILLION matter? Plus, there's some speculation that the wall won't be effective.. After all, a 25' wall can be breached by a 26' ladder..
But, my post is really more about campaign PROMISES than it is the wall.
The ladders and cutters are supplied by rich "coyotes", no problem for them.
Those "other countries" with a wall (Hmmm, just WHO are THEY?), are about as big as one of our smaller states, and don't have America's worldwide reputation for compassion and fairness … which we are losing with a lot of other points of respect.

Well, the "illegal aliens" we'll "evaluate". The "refugees" will be considered, the children and mothers would get a bit more …. consideration, and a humane decision would be made.
