Of course both temperament and political belief are influenced by social and environmental factors too though and can change over one's life. @Quantumhead Genetics does affect temperament, it's just that it's not the only thing that affects temperament. If you are genetically prone to something it doesn't mean that you will always manifest that trait if your environment influences you in a certain way. If you are born with the potential to become highly intelligent but you are never given any education and you lack key nutritional requirements for brain development you will be a retard. If you are born with no hormonal or other factors which may cause you to have an aggressive or violent nature but you are abused as a child it may cause you to manifest those traits. Genetics plays a role in these things but genetic traits can be overridden or exacerbated by environmental factors. Side: liberal tollerance 4 bronto

Direct links have been found between genetics and political belief too (Source 1). Every time you make a foray into psychology you demonstrate the depth of your ignorance on the subject. How do you still manage to approach psychology with such arrogance? I personally doubt that penis size actually is a significant predictor of whether someone will become a porn star (but feel free to give evidence that it is). In addition, political leaning is something a person is (how they think and perceive the world), one's occupation is simply what they do to earn money. Now, one could be born with great skills in a domain (for example in porn), however, they aren't born as the occupation itself.
