Whenever I bring up the most basic responsibility of a father, people on this site have the knee jerk reaction to start talking about some chauvinist men from the past. WHO CARES! We have overbearing men today as well. My father was never chauvinistic or overbearing and my mother never felt any less his equal. She understood the natural role of a mother and father and was very happy with her life. He loved his wife and kids. Your blanket discription of our family structure 50 years ago is totally exxagerated.

You have swallowed the feminists fear mongering and loathing of any notion that they are better designed for the nurturing of our children while the father is better designed to support the family financially. Feminists have severe insecurity issues. They look at the natural roles of females and males in a family structure and say, we are the same as men and we also want to take the male role in life. Feminists are very insecure as we see with their constant attack on our language. They can't even stand the word woman because of it's origin. They truly hate the Christian faith due to it's stating the obvious to the nurturing roles of women in families.

No you do not posses the physical strength on average that a man has. Man can not breast feed Babies. There is a natural order to life as we see in the animal kingdom. We had no laws forcing women to be homemkers 50 years ago. We simply as an inteligent people understood the natural roles of men and women and most did what was best for their family's well being.

What does the new age women say about breastfeeding? She says she can pump at night so the father can stay home with the Baby and bottle. Yes this can be done but it is not how it was meant to be. Women are more nurturing then men case you missed it.
