Learn to read and comprehend. If Trump committed a crime before he was elected he surely can be prosecuted for that said crime but he can't be impeached for it !
Congress only need question his patriotism, ethics, or sanity, it need not prove an actual crime was committed in order to impeach. Impeachment is a political process, not an actual courtroom.
Tax evasion, trade embargo violation, breach of many contracts, fraud, sexual harassment, rape. There's good evidence connecting to organized crime. Libel, slander, and dooshbaggery.

In a democratic society like ours, you have to be found guilty of a crime by a court of law, before that, it's just accusations, anyone can make accusations, like, I think you're a pedo, should you then be banned from createdebate?

He wasn't found guilty of anything by the courts. You finding him guilty is by yourself. He wasn't found guilty, and yet you found him guilty by yourself. You can say you didn't do it by yourself until you are blue in the face, but that doesn't make your statement true.
