If a woman orgasms during a rape, is it STILL a rape?
Some people said that women CAN'T get pregnant if they're raped. I wonder if those same people think a woman CAN'T orgasm if she's raped, and IF she does, it's PROOF that she wasn't raped.

How could you NOT have an orgasm during any sexual activity? It doesn't matter if you liked it or not, all that matters is consent. For example if I really wanted to eat a chocolate bar but I wasn't gonna eat it because im on a diet, and then someone forces a chocolate bar down my mouth the person's actions couldn't be justified because I didn't agree to eating the chocolate bar even if I wanted it. Side: Of course it is
Just like Callisto said. Plus it could still be statutory rape. And it could still be under the influence of a drug while raped. And it could be mistaken identity rape (though that's a stretch). And abuse of position of power rape. And if female orgasm is the standard for evaluating what kind of sex just happened then a whole lot of people who think they're having sex aren't even having it. Side: Of course it is
Most women DO orgasm during rape. Some surveys have reported that as high as 80% of them do. I just posted a link on that topic yesterday on another thread. Rape is also most womens #1 fantasy. But rape is rape. That is, forcible sex against a woman's will is considered to be rape by the laws and statutes of most nations. And whoever thinks a woman cannot get pregnant during a rape is an idiot. Of course she can; just as easily as she could from consensual sex. The reproductive systems don't differentiate between consensual and non-consensual sex. This, however, would not be true if the woman was on birth control. Just as if she was on BS with normal sex. Side: Of course it is
Are you denying that women often orgasm during rape? Would you like to do a formal debate? I've got many facts and links on this. My wife is a therapist and had counseled rape victims. Here's one such link. I trust that Scientific American is a credible enough source for you? http://www.popsci.com/science/article/ Side: Of course it is

hello, I'll try to be as polite as possible, so I will just ask you a few questions, a woman does not and will never enjoy rape because how can you enjoy something you don't want or asked for? imagine a man/woman raped you regardless of whether you come or not how could you possibly enjoy that? orgasms are physiological reactions, a reflex if you will, so yes it still counts as rape if a woman orgasms. Rape has lost it's meaning in the USA. It is now a weapon to empower women. In the conception of Rape, men, women, children were all included. It was Physical force of another person to submit to acts of a sexual nature. I think sex was specified to show intent, but don't understand why. Violence is violence! Harm is inflicted, regardless of the intent. But the charge of Rape is made today, at an ever increasing rate, until it has become a decision, rather than a physical act. Example: A woman goes to a mans home, gets drunk or loaded, allows him to undress her, physically place his penus in her, stays the night and then several weeks later, sometimes months, decides she was Raped, because she was intoxicated at the time! (Bill Cosby Case). Men have become targets, and the true victims of Rape are under scrutiny, because of Liberal interpretation of women's rights over Men. Side: Nahh.. She wanted it

I quoted the only case that was tried and ended in a mistrial! I have no personal doubt that dozens of women traded sex for promotion. That is what the casting couch is all about. But my point was that physical rape where actual force is used, has been diminished by charges like this! The college mattress back is another example. Side: Nahh.. She wanted it
