I think either option is viable, but I lean more towards yes. If we keep adding carbon dioxide and pollutants to the atmosphere eventually the earth will get too hot. This will melt the polar ice caps, which will disrupt the North Atlantic current. This stops the underwater currents from distributing warm water all around the world, which some scientists think could cause another ice age. But, if we use all the resources on the earth and can do something like colonize mars and get industries going there, we may be able to send materials back to earth along some sort of supply line contraption. Assuming we had learned by then to stop putting pollutants in the atmosphere, and could send materials from other planets(metals and such) then maybe we could still live on earth even though fuel, oil, and stuff like that would probably be depleted.

Yes if more assholish dictators get nukes, we all be damned. I do think it will stop but if it does countinue were lost up shits creek.

By the time I'm old (like 50), I think there will be no more Antartica as all the ice has melted by the global warming...:(
