Speaking of which, has anyone ever down voted their arguments?? I think that's soo silly.

Here on CD you're not allowed to upvote yourself, which I can understand, but you're allowed to downvote yourself. Why?

I never down-voted myself but once I banned myself from my own debate... Damn! I was totally out of line on that one.... I had it coming.

You know when you post an argument, and you automatically have one point. I think that point counts as your up-vote, and like all up-votes you can take it back if you wish by clicking down-vote.

" you can take it back if you wish by clicking down-vote."

ok but why!?? Honestly, have you ever even thought about doing that?

this is true....

I've noticed this as well. I find it very funny. Maybe if you put up something that you don't like...but it truly makes no sense at all.

Yes if I could I would up-vote myself, so I could get my efficiency is up.

You're an honest guy. But then what would your efficiency be worth??

It's kind of like printing money.

There are times I would like to upvote myself, but I don't (can't) because there is no functionality to do it...my account is just like everyones...but I have contemplated changing that.

1 year ago | Side: Yes

If you do decide to change the restriction on up-voting yourself, you should consider making a similar penality to what happens when you down-vote somebody's arguments to prevent over-use.

He means he has considered changing the permissions for his account, not for everyone elses.

1 year ago | Side: Yes

yeah I will. Anyway that profile picture is really nice.

1 year ago | Side: Yes

Only in the circumstances that someone downvotes me to 0 for no real reason (which has happened).

...

And maybe a few other times because I like seeing my answer on top. :D I kid, I kid..

I'd like if you could upvote your quantum self, in that, perhaps you deserve a point in another quantum potential reality where you made a better arugment. That way our points would be a range of potential values ex.:

Akulakhan (1557-+1743) Efficiency 67-98%.

You have to embrace the realities of quantum mechanics! Or not, it depends really....

At first I was like "of course not!" but then I decided to be honest.

1 year ago | Side: Yes

Probably Not, because what is the need to make myself feel about one point?

1 year ago | Side: wait what? ....no!

I still don't see the point of upvoting yourself. Votes are for the other people which makes you know if they like or did not like your debate. At least, you know their opinion about what you said.
