If the Snail is harmful to me or the people around me, then yes I would kill it but if I saw a snail minding it's own business, I'd leave it alone. That's like me saying "If you saw a Dog, would you kill it?" I know so many people who hate dogs but would never kill it. Same goes with snails.

If it was scientifically normal and had no genetic abnormalities, I wouldn't kill it, no, However, if I ever encounter that snail in the picture that looks like a claw, then yes.
