Your question is nonsensical. Firstly, you don't lose the right not to be forced to act as a witness against yourself in future crimes if you've been pardoned for a past crime. They would be separate circumstances. In the case of your original crime, then a pardon assumes you have either accepted some form of culpability, or the state itself has decided you are culpable. Either way, pleading the fifth against an accusation you have been pardoned for is pointless. Side: Nahh, you DON'T
