There is nothing in the constitution about not establishing hate speech. It doesn't violate the constitution.

Now I want you to just think about how far this Progressive political movement has twisted the meaning of our Constitution, and how far they have censored our most basic freedoms of religious expression.

The most basic freedom of religious expression is you expressing your religion on your own. Determining how a group of people can express their religion is beyond basic. You keep using these deceptive tactics.

The Left is so totally insecure, it has absolutely no tolerance for a community's freedom to display a nativity scene or other religious symbols.

Actually, it is the right that had no tolerance for religious symbols in public. You are against sharing the area with all other religions.

You see, these symbols represent something they despise.

The message that we are all accountable for the choices we make in life.

Christianity doesn't teach that.

Yet these same supposed open minded inclusive people have all the tolerance in the world for symbols that push their ideology of hate for Conservative thought. When it comes to tolerance for Conservative thought, it is ok to display paintings of our President's severed head.

Being a Republican (You aren't conservative) is not a religion. You don't get the covered by religious freedom.

These same intolerant people would have crucified anyone who dared display a severed head of Obama.

You have never shown any outrage over the images of Obama hanging all over the internet.

I'm a "left", and I don't like the "head thing", and I have nothing against a nativity scene being shown. I just think it should be kept on properties owned by Christians, not PUBLIC property! Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Jews, ANY of them should keep their religious symbols to themselves, not flaunt them in places paid for with another religions tax money! Yeah, yeah, I know, religions don't pay taxes, but the people IN those religions DO! This is America (at the moment , anyway), and ALL have their right to respect, not just Christians.
