Is America on a Path Towards Communism
While the general public would agree that America is a capitalist nation. Some cannot help but notice traces of socialism. Could there come a day in which our country is know as The Soviet States.

It may not be communistic yet and I'm in no way accusing this of being the fault of just one person. The government we currently have is a mixture of socialism and capitalism welfare is a very communistic idea. In fact our taxes in general are communistic and yes you can say they go to our defense but honestly how much of the military defends America when compared to how much attempts to force our ideals on other countries. That money that you're paying is funding wars that hurt you we're buying our financial ruin. The other percentages pay for representatives in a day and age where we could easily accommodate a direct democracy. A good portion of the population is connected in some way to the internet be it smart phone or email. Our taxes pay for your state representative to fly home on the weekends from Washington they go to your neighbor who figured out as long as he stays unemployed the government will [pay him for not working. That money comes from you. There is even a tax on owning a company. We're not there yet but we're on a path towards it. Side: yes
