Is Atheism relevant in the modern world?

The belief in the mythological and theoretical concepts that Atheists claim did or could have made our reality are outdated and archaic in thought. Believing in magic and that things can just appear from nowhere and that infinite regresses of causality are possible is magical thinking. Atheism is a caveman way of looking at reality.

Even if you are stating that atheism is untrue, it is as rapid in expansion as Islam, if not more so, at present.

Witchcraft is the fastest growing religion in America. That's what we get when we push good religion out. We get bad religion.

If you include atheism in the measurement, Witchcraft is second place. I was talking about the world though, not USA.

Atheism is the disbelief of an existence of a deity. Most atheist relies on the concept of Science and not the idea of hearsay and super natural occurrences that has no evident proof what so ever. The thing is, an atheist is open to possibilities. Magical or not, as long as it provides sufficient proof or records then we could close into that idea of magic however as far as I'm concerned there are no evident proofs to prove any super natural occurrences that are within the realm of spirituality. What I mean by these are events such as: the division of the Red Sea, The Great Flood, Ghosts, Myths, and etc. All the evidences that are provided within this realm are only private experiences none are which sufficient enough to prove a fact.

Sure there is. You believe a magical nothing created our reality from its magical nothingness. That would be supernatural by definition.

Yup, that is super natural in it's context. That we came from nothingness, like I said Atheism is open to ideas super natural or not the only difference is that we require evidence or proof. If creating fire from nothing is possible then sure why not but make sure you provide evidence or do it yourself before I believe that you can create fire. That's the concept which most atheists are basing on. We do not entirely reject the idea of the existence of God or super natural occurrences as long as it provides sufficient evidence if you could provide evidence of God rather than the Bible then sure I'll believe in God although the possibility of God is not impossible we have to determine first which God from the 1000 Gods is the right one since all Gods mainly rely on Faith alone.

Your post proves atheism is relevant in that it causes millions of people like you to make the exact same rhetorical statements of their nonsensical beliefs, and then act like snobs pretending to know everything.

Hello bront:

I SAW where you wanna outlaw Islam.. Why STOP there????

If we wanna STOP mindless wars from happening, we need to outlaw ALL religion..

Nope. We need to let the majority rule the country, seeing they are the majority. That would not be Islam. That would not be Atheism. You can deny in your mind that most Americans are Christians and try to tell the majority what goes, but alas, it's not happening. If this was a Muslim country, you wouldn't be an open atheist. And besides, Atheists have caused more mass murder in the last century than all religions combined. It looks like you are the bad variable in this equation. With your logic, it's time for Atheism to go... for safety's sake.

Besides atheism being relevant in the modern world, I would like to correct some definitions, first of all, by definition atheism means "no god" or refers to a non-religious person. It DOESN'T MEAN MAGICAL THINKING or CAVEMAN THINKING, it is the exact opposite. The mere reason for atheism's existence is the need to label not being religious since religion exists (way before than atheism because of this same reason). My personal reason to be an atheist, is because of the disagreements every religion has with science, and the impossibility of their stories (the complete opposite of magic). Atheism IS relevant, because it allows people to think freely, to not fear death and to think rationally, critically and by themselves. I believe it is the only way to let go of lots of evil present in the modern day.

Yes, but not on Sundays when we all go to Church and ask forgiveness for our previous sins which we will repeat in the week to come.
