Wow!

That's the best argument I've ever seen for the existence of God!

Get ready for that Nobel prize - I can''t believe nobody else has thought of this yet.

You have proved without a doubt that God isn't just real, he's "totally real."

No argument is required to show that God is God. You have to invent arguments against God if you do not want to believe He rules over you and has the right to condemn you in your sins.....and all of those arguments are nonsensical because they all depend of logical fallacies being accepted as truth.

If you will not believe that God is God, nothing or nobody can prove to you that He is God...Not even God Himself standing in front of you saying "I am God", nor the fire of Hell tormenting you forever throughout eternity will prove to you that God is God. You just won't ever believe it, no matter what you will fall back on your doubts and have nothing to cling to but yourself....and with one foot in the grave and the other on thin ice melting over the fire of Hell, you have little to cling to.

What objective evidence would you present to support the claim that God is real? Belief in God is generally suggested to be a "faith" because it is a belief held without evidence. The only being which could exist without evidence, would be one which never interacts with the physical, which rules out most (if not all) definitions of "God".

Merriam Webster has a definition of "faith" that is more in line with the scriptural understanding of the concept. "something that is believed especially with strong conviction"

Strong conviction could very well come from evidence.

Are there people who believe in God without evidence? Surely. However, that type of faith is very weak.

My faith in God comes from understanding what the concept means. God as defined by Merriam-Webster is "The supreme and/or ultimate reality". If you understand what that definition means, it should be apparent that it is unreasonable to ask for evidence concerning the existence of God. Without God, there could be no such thing as evidence.

Yes God is real...don't tell me that scientists are able to explain how this world is made. The intricacies and the design cannot be explained. Also the Word of God aka the Bible has been the most influential book to humanity. Also I truly believe the Devil is real...so God must be real too.

What step in the mechanisms leading to the existence of this world are up for rational debate? We know that big bang occurred as a phase transition, that as it expanded and cooled the resulting quark/gluon plasma formed matter, that the presence of matter in space-time warps space-time leading to gravity which leads to the clumping of matter, and eventually, stars, planets and solar systems. Chaos Theory explains how order arises from apparent disorder, and abiogenesis explains how life arises from non-life. So I'm at a loss as to what part you see as being a mystery.

Hahahahah........".we know that big bang occurred as a phase of transition"......transition from what?

"Abiogenisis explains how life arises from non-life"? Hahahahhaha.........you're joking, right?

You state as facts things which you want to believe in, and you want to believe in them because your lusts are driving you to your doom and you feel like the pleasures you find are worth more than life.

Merriam-Webster's Definition of God

capitalized :the supreme or ultimate reality

Seems to me that God is specifically defined as that which is more real than anything could possibly be. God is more real than what you think is the most real. God IS the most real.

So really, if you answer anything other than "Yes, God is real!", you clearly don't understand what the concept of "God" means.

The truth of God existing does not follow from there being a definition that exists of God. Arguing for the definition of 'God being: the supreme or ultimate reality', is presupposing a conclusion to the topic being debated (that God exists) and attempting to argue for an entirely different claim that (after assuming he exists) he is also 'the supreme or ultimate reality. Can we stay on topic?

The bible was invented by human beings thousands of years ago. These humans would have been powerful people trying to control masses using ideas based on imagination, not scientific fact.

Many events in the bible have already been proven impossible as we grow educated about the world around us.

Maybe read the bible again and notice the inaccuracies and contradiction. Than maybe you will understand. Nothing else to be said.

Side: No, God is not real!

God is real.

I know he watches over us. Who created the Bible? A man created the Bible: one of the men who communicated with God and knew his stories.

So God is real. God created the Big Bang. When he said, β€œLet there be light,” there was light. It had to be something. God created the heavens. He created Earth, Land, Animals, Humans, Heavens, etc. and on the seventh day, which is Sunday, he rested, for all was well with the world.

So anyone who thinks otherwise: what proof have you?

A widely accepted definition of real .........existing or occurring as fact; actual rather than imaginary, ideal, or fictitious:

a story taken from real life.

being an actual thing; having objective existence; not imaginary:

The events you will see in the film are real and not just made up......

Believers say that a supernatural enitity they cannot see , hear or touch exists and they have a ' personal relationship ' with him and he is indeed ' real ' .

Not one of them can produce 1 shred of concrete evidence to support their assertions which demonstrates clearly the old saying " you cannot reason a person out of a position they didn't reason themselves into "

Reality is contingent on there being an Ultimate Reality.

As God is defined in Merriam-Webster as "The supreme and/or ultimate reality", God is clearly real, and the reality we experience comes from that very personal relationship all created beings have with God.

No, you cannot see, hear, or touch, God, but the fact that you have an experience at all testifies of the existence of God. All of creation testifies of God. There could not be reality without Ultimate and/or Supreme Reality.

God is by definition real.

Basically what you're saying is reality is contingent on there being a god which is nonsense , merely asserting there is a god proves absolutely nothing it's just your opinion .

There ain't no such thing as the supernatural. Still, the Greeks believed that Hades is the god of the Underworld. I wonder how many of them went there.
