Unlike other allegations. This one appears to have substantiation and corroboration. It has no impact on his ability to be a Supreme Court Justice. You can tell that he is more than qualified when you hear nothing in the news about any of his professional history as a judge.

I am not so sure.

Did he hit his intended target with the ice, or did he miss? Did he hit somebody else with the ice?

What if a possible inability to aim ice in a bar when he was young was an early indication of lack of control over results. His constitutional decisions could conceivably have unintended consequences, all because he was bad at aiming ice.

He might even be the swing vote, moving SCOTUS to a majority decision that serves as a precedent to support martial law, nullify the First or Second Amendment. He could bring about the end of the Republic!

And you dare to say that his abilty to throw ice "has no impact on his ability to be a Supreme Court Justice"???

;-)

Seriously, though, you are right. The conspicuous absence of discussion in the news about his judicial record is a pretty good indication that he is extremely qualified.

Moreover, It may even indicate that he would make decisions the Democrats will like.

- 1 - His testimony accented that he believes strongly in aligning with precedent. That means he is EXTREMELY unlikely to overturn Roe v Wade.

- 2 - His testimony likewise explicitly demonstrated a belief in the importance of the Constitutional mechanisms that enforce separation of powers, and support checks and balances between the branches.

These two things address some of the main concerns the Democrats have. They are actively trying to torpedo something that is likely to be what they want, just because Trump is the one who wrapped the gift.

The Constitution is an old, outdated document that needs revised or burned.

But if he is pro ICE, he's for treating Mexican children like they are in Nazi death camps.
