Is Luck real?

Yes

No

It's all in the mind of the beholder. If a person is playing a slot machine and is carrying his lucky rabbit's foot and wins a big jackpot, nothing can persuade him from the belief that luck made him win that jackpot.

Yes, but first you must place yourself in a position where a piece of luck can influence events. Even in games of chance you can't ''hit it lucky' if you never participate. How can you win the National Lottery if you never play? In business you can work and strive for years and get nowhere. Then out of the blue comes a stroke of good luck which sets you on your feet and on the road to success. If you had never been in business nor persevered through the tough times then luck, good or bad, would never have been able to play it's hand.

Logical thinking can tell us: Luck does not exist because it is not proven. Therefore, luck is not existent. For instance, unicorns do not exist. But it is not proven so we do not know if this is a fact or not so at the end of the day and week it is not real.

Luck can exist the exact same way unicorns exist: conceptually. The fact that we have a word "unicorn" as well as common knowledge of the meaning of said word and a clear set of characteristics proves that, in a very real sense, unicorns exist. In that same sense, luck can legitimately exist as the concept of being of fortunate (or I suppose unfortunate, if it is "bad luck").

I'm lucky to have such a beautiful mind and body.

I think it's No. Because Luck is not proven yet. There's a big chance that Luck really doesn't exist. Because after many years studying of it, no one can determine if Luck really doesn't exist.

of course not, just a delusion based off the alignment of chance

Luck is basically just a beneficial set of coincidences that seem out of the blue, but there are probably ways of determining what constitutes luck that we have yet to discover.

Side: No

No, there is no such thing as luck only blessings.............................

Well, common sense and science tells me it doesn't exist, I disagree on what the other side is saying, that its a "choice" or it "depends" to the beholder (Stupid Statement) If I were to believe in a disproven thing, then it's still a choice?
