Is Mexican Immigration a Problem?

According to the Pew Research Center, more Mexicans are currently leaving the United States than coming here (both legally and illegally).  According to the Research Center, much of this is credited to the Obama administration's stepped up border-security policies.  They also credit it to less demand for positions that Mexican immigrants have traditionally taken, such as Construction and seasonal worker positions.

In light of this new information, do you believe that Mexican immigration is a problem (or still a problem) or not, and why?

If they immigrate to USA, they will turn it into Mexico, if USA becomes MExico, they will emigrate to Canada and the virus will spread.

I'd appreciate it if you responded to the actual debate topic, not simply the heading.

That they did.

Side: Yes, because...

Yes it is, because we have huge amounts of undocumented immigrants that are taking refuge in America illegally. We need to stop them from coming here illegally and make it easier for them to cross the boarder. Maybe giving them a short term visa that allows them a certain amount of healthcare and the ability to have a little bit of education. Maybe instead of wasting time building a wall, we secure the boarder and make it easier for them to be here legally.

Please read the actual topic instead of just the heading. The question is whether it is a problem given that more Mexican immigrants are leaving, rather than coming here.

Side: Yes, because...

I agree mexican immigration is a problem for the USA it can cause many problems for people who live here including costs of deporting them and when people cross the border and have a baby then they get to stay. They get to take advantage of homeless shelters causing offset data and and it cost money to care for them. the kids that are illigal tend to do worse in school not being very good or even speaking american.

Of course illegal immigration is a problema grande. The burden they place on us taxpayers far outweighs any contribution they make to society.

And I don't wanna hear about how this country was founded on immigrants back in the 19th century. The Italians and Irish and Germans coming to Ellis Island.

Those were far far different times. We needed the immigrants then to help proliferate the Industrial Age. The Westward expansion of America. Manifest Destiny.

But today? Our plate is full, amigos. No room at the Inn. We have more than we need. The Entitlement Mindset here is already absurdly out of control. I don't need wetbacks Juan and Jose adding to the burden.

Electrify that wall. Build it higher. Do not pass Amnesty Legislation. Kick 'em out.

I want my country back, tu pinche' cabrones.

Vamanos!!

Let's just kick out the dumb Americans that sit at home and waste tax money rather than kicking out the hardworking Mexicans that want to support a family.

I don't think anyone could disagree that the U.S.A., did very well pre mass greaser immigration. The boys from south of the border turned their own beautiful country into a lawless cesspit of criminal drug barons and will do the same wherever they infest. Trying to romanticize their continued immigration to America is like trying to rationalize injecting yourself, your family, children and fellow countrymen with cancer cells.

If you bothered reading the actual topic, you'd see that it was about the current trend of more Mexican immigrants leaving the U.S. than coming here. I should have figured you would just use it as another excuse to spout racist bulls--t, though.

How about we let the hardworking Mexicans in and kick the people who suck up tax dollars and don't even attempt to find a job.

I'm not saying that is a solution, I just want to see how you will reply.

I mean both legal and illegal, and on a large scale as opposed to individual instances.

Side: Yes, because...

Legal and illegal in general? Compared to the same for the rest of the world? No, Mexicans are not a problem, for the most part.

Side: No, because...

No, the problem lies with illegal immigration. Mexico just happens to be one of the bigger offenders because they share a border with the U.S.

Side: No, because...

But how is illegal immigration really a problem if we have more Mexican immigrants leaving the country than coming here?

Side: Yes, because...

One illegal in this country is one too many. Build the wall so nobody can get in and then hopefully they will continue to head south in groves til they are all gone. Of course you disagree with this. I have a question. Just how many illegals coming into the USA would you be happy with, not to mention all the Muslims you would like to see come here from the Middle East through refugee status.

Since all of these people are not white or black and are not going to embrace American values and the culture we have, what is the percentage of say white people you would like the USA to dwindle too. Is it 50 percent, maybe 25 percent, or do you want to go all the way to 10 percent. Of course that would entail an enormous amount of foreigners coming here to build your melting pot that you so desire.

Is turning America into a shit hole like Mexico, Central America, and the Middle East your ultimate goal?

Side: Yes, because...

I live in Texas (where most of the immigrants go to) and they don't seem like a problem here.

Side: No, because...

Actually more immigrants have left the US than have come in, in the past few years.
