I don't think it's a sign of either. I think some people are more prone to crying when they are over emotional, be it sad or angry. It doesn't really have much to do with physical strength but it can be that emotionally they are a little weaker at that moment, or it could be that their emotions are particularly strong. :D If that makes sense.

It depends on why you are crying. If you are crying because Trump won, it means you are weak.

If you are crying because you empathize with someone's sad story, it isn't a weakness neccessarily.

It all depends, crying can help you become stronger because you might be one of those people who keeps everything bottled inside. After you cry, you start self-reflecting and thinking about what you can and cannot do to make the situation that you are in somehow better. It can be a sign of weakness if you know that you are faking it to try to manipulate others to start feeling sorry for you, or trying blame someone else for your actions by crying. In all, it's all about that person and what type of personality they have.

It depends on the circumstance. If you cry because you just watched a true hero die trying to save the lives of others, then it's strength, because you are displaying true passion for all the good they stood for. If you cry because you wanted the grape candy your brother got instead of the cherry candy you did then it's a negative which could be described as immaturity or weakness depending on the age and circumstances.

It depends really, I think if you are not afraid to cry than that shows a sign of strength, but if you cry over every single thing then you might have some emotional weakness.
