If a woman is forced to give birth, she will either have her stomach cut open to deliver the baby, or she can push a baby out her you know what. Or she can have an abortion. Or use contraception. The point is, give women choice!

I believe it would fall under cruel and unusual punishment.

Even if we set aside the traditional arguments that not all women got pregnant voluntarily (rape, incest, what have you), or that they may already know the birth might kill them, there are still other women who have flawed pregnancies and desperately want to reset their bodies from them so they can try again to get pregnant and have their family. You're forcing them against their will to continue a path which can only lead to heartbreak. There's your violence.

Violence-behavior involving physical force intended to hurt, damage, or kill someone or something.

This is most definitely not intended in anyway to hurt damage or kill the women. Rather to save a innocent life.

A law saying that you have to give birth if you choose to get pregnant is not violence against women. The consequences are not someone else's problem.
