One day I have no problem with, but if I remember correctly, it's still pretty important that sixth graders get a chance to play, and be creative, so everyday is too much I think.

That said though, at some point you'll have to get used to 12 hrs plus of study a day if you want to be a professional level anything...

Totally unfair! When I was in 6th grade I was top of the class in everything. I did practically no homework. As a result, I played outside more and was much healthier than those sitting at computers doing 3-4 hours of homework.

People forget that students are not paid to do their homework. Even paid professionals do not bring 3-4 hours of work back to their homes. Ask an employee to do that and he would probably go to a union.

NOt fair, we have lives to live, we don't like being stuck inside with homework!

It is TOTALLY unfair!!!! You basically are doing school work ALL DAY!!!!!!! which I do NOT approve.

That's way too much homework for someone in the 6th Grade.
