There is a difference in being gay and having sex with the same sex. A girl can have a sexual experience with another girl, without being gay. Whom you have sex with doesn't necessarily define your sexuality, whom you are emotionally attracted to does. But to the real question, yes. the person is not your opposite gender, therefore you are gay or having sex with the same sex. Being attracted to someone isn't about their genitals, it's about the person inside. I don't know any girl who fell in love with a penis, she fell in love with the guy. Side: Yes

But the sex, the girl who had the experiment with another girl with, is gay sex. Of course. Two girls having sex are having gay sex, but they aren't necessarily gay. So the question is asking is the sexual act gay if you are doing it with someone who has become your gender. Yes it is. The person is your gender, he might have been born with the wrong set of genitals, but I don't think that makes him less of the gender he truly is. Side: Yes
