Is it hypocritical to support abortion, but not the death penalty?

Yes.

No.

Side Score: 9

It is not only hypocritical, it is mind numbingly selfish and depraved.

The death penalty is the result of a person purposely deciding to take innocent lives. He knew the repercussions for his actions, and chose his path.

A baby is totally innocent and deserves the same right to life as every other innocent human being.

It truly defies rational sanity to be outraged at the death penalty for mass murderers, while at the same time being outraged at States trying to save innocent unborn lives.

People who hold this position are truly truly truly screwed up! They lack the most basic reasoning skills that most of us take for granted.

It's as if without God, mankind becomes barbaric animals. Oh wait, it does say that in the Bible. Go figure.

Think about it... these people on the Left actually hold midnight vigils to save the lives of mass murderers, while angrily marching in the streets to keep it legal to kill even viable babies for any reason.

YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP! It is beyond rational sanity. It takes some severely dysfunctional people to think this way!

Yes. It is placing evil killers before innocent beings. Why support the life of an evil person, but not the life of a beautiful baby?

Why support the life of an evil person, but not the life of a beautiful baby?

What if the baby is ugly though? Is it ok if its an ugly baby?

Neither of these issues are black and white issues, nor are either of them equivalent.

Abortion is an action taken to conclude the existence of a small group of cells often no bigger than a fingertip. It is a personal and medical issue.

The death penalty is an action taken against a person found guilty of a particularly offensive crime. It is a legal issue.

No equivalence. No hypocrisy.

I support abortion AND the death penalty, both in extreme cases. I support the RIGHT to abortion for those who feel they have good reason. In America, for now anyway … while we still have a Constitution AND Freedom of / from religion, RIGHTS matter!

When they don't, we will no longer BE the United States of America. Hundreds of thousands WITH FAMILIES AND FRIENDS have died to protect the USA, I'm NOT for throwing it away for a "viable" life …. to POSSIBLY grow up in a country that ISN'T a country with choice.

HAY DUMMY are you aware of this fact ???????????????

BY WALTER B. HOYE II

Our best estimates, based on a projection of the most recent data through the current period, is that the current cumulative number of abortions from 1967 through June of this year is 59.4 million, of which an estimated 20,350,000 are Black American abortions.

Considering that the total current Black American population is about 42,000,000, the 20,350,000 Black American abortions are equal to 48.45% of the total Black American population. If not for abortion, the total Black American population would be approximately 62,350,000, or 48% greater than it is today.

This is based on an analysis of data from the U.S. Statistical Abstract for 2013 and the National Vital Statistics Report, Vol. 64, No. 1 dated January 15, 2015.
