I almost chose the other side because I don't think SUVs serve much of a purpose.

But, if the air tank explodes you'd have a severe problem. On one hand, you scuba dive with a tank strapped to your back at 5000+ psi (the car uses 4350 psi). But on the other hand, a scuba oxygen tank has a lot thicker metal than the car will probably ever use (thicker = heavier), you'll go far faster with the car than with the oxygen tank (faster = bigger BOOM on impact), and water is much nicer to an air tank than skidding on the ground after an accident would be.

Plus there are safety concerns with the car (all glue!?!).

And concerning its maximum speed...all I can say is that it might solve the problem of speeding on California highways...
