Unfortunately I'm of the opinion that the the Liberals have already caused sufficient irrevocable damage to ensure that the U.S., has signed it's own death warrant and, despite the last ditch attempts by the brave and patriotic President Trump to reverse the trend the downward spiral, will continue. Unrestricted immigration, the inability to deal decisively and effectively with the some 11 million illegal immigrants and addressing the dire problem of millions of blacks milking the system along with the continuing astronomical borrowing are just a few of the elements which will spell the end of affluent America and it's leading position on the world stage. Just as the Brits have been saying for a long time, WE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ENOCH POWELL, so the Yanks will soon be saying WE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO DONALD TRUMP. Alas too late will be the cry. Absolutely. They want to drown out and censor those with whom they disagree, even employ violence in doing so. Ultimately, they would like to pass laws to silence you, classifying it as "hate speech". They want to dissolve the Union through their no borders policy and allow any and all to come in and avail themselves of our welfare programs. They demonize successful people and ultimately want to tear them down and take their success away from them. They flat out won't acknowledge reality when it comes to their idealist programs and concepts. When failure is obvious, they will say results inconclusive, we need more money. It's a cult-like manifestation of hive minded groupthink. Libs used to say exactly what Donald Trump says on most issues, and in the blink of an eye, they all turned a 180 collectively as a colony immediately and now are calling him names for using their exact arguments. It actually started With Reagan allowing the Religious right too much power in the White House, that led to a drive to rewrite the Constitution as a "Christian document" and re-interpret our "separation of church and state". Add to that, Reagans destruction of trade unions and the only weapon American workers had to prevent what is happening now ... the wide divide between the haves and the have not's. Next came Newt Gingrich and Dick Armeys "Contract with America". A drive to render a Democratic President "inconsequential" and have a Republican Congress "take over" from a Democratic President. From then on it's been a free for all. Conservatives want to deregulate (with a machete!), and turn the country into a single religion country (a la Iran)! Deregulation (or the looking past them), caused the mess in 06-07, accelerated the divide between the rich and struggling, the blacks and whites, the males and females, and now we have "Trump the Divider" running the country with Faux News as White House Commander-in-Chiefs. One side is trying to save the Constitution, the other doesn't like the interpretation we were living with "when America was great". It shouldn't be baffling as to why we are divided, what IS baffling is what some think will be better if we take a successful country, and turn it into something it has never been. Yes, we MUST fight 24/7 to prevent it. It doesn't help to have a branch of the media that, as one long time executive called it: "a propaganda machine", as he left. Side: Yes
