What we know so far: Two victims are dead. I am no Jew, nor Israelite, I am neither an Arab or Muslim so please take what I have to say as an outside view since all I know is that relations between the Arab states and Israel are quite horrible. However the Arab states blame Israel for many things, so Israel blames the Arab states for many things. Even if they blame the Arab states doesn't mean that they would blame every Muslim.
