The Constitution was made centuries ago and is outdated and much harder to correctly interpret now that English has evolved since then. Renewing the Constitution will get rid of outdated laws and a new set of laws in that are up to date and suitable for the current time period. It will also be much easier to correctly interpret.

The second amendment is often said to be outdated. Being Australian I am not overly familiar with the American constitution. Personally, I do not support scrapping the Constitution as isn't the whole point of having a constitution that it is a permanent part of a country?

Isn't the whole point of a constitution that it can't be scrapped and safeguards the rights of the people? Why do you wish to scrap it?

Okay you’re kind of not grasping a basic principle here. The United States Constitution is not Constitution itself. They are two different things. Constitution is having been designed from basic principle and legal precedent. A United States Constitution is many idea designed of basic principle and legal precedent.

Therefore the United States Constitution is not out of date there is just reason to believe that the issue of basic principles has been compromised and it no longer can insure a legal impartiality. Which means some laws can be written and ratified to address unconstitutional condition.
