Well I think it's safe to say that all live matter. Black lives, white lives, ect. With that being said, unborn lives matter just as well. I believe that it should be banned unless there was rape, incest (which usually is rape), and if it endangers the mother/the baby would be born with severe mental issues. The worst is partial birth abortion though. Side: The bible preaches good moral.

I agree that all lives matter and should be treated the same. I think that if you wouldn't kill a man, why would you kill an unborn one? I agree with the fact that rape inseminations should be aborted due to the traumatic impact that it would have on the mother and eventually the child when they find out. To add would be young pregnancies, say, under the age of 16 and of course if the mother's life is endangered. Anyway, to return to the original debate, what do you think about the Bible's teaching of moral values? Side: Uncertain

Hmm, so if people 'truly' followed the bible, would they feel obliged to adhere to this next quote, which is in the book of Leviticus: 'If a man has sexual intercourse with a male as one has sexual intercourse with a woman, the two of them have committed an abomination. They must be put to death; their blood guilt is on themselves.'? Side: Uncertain

I think there are certain stories and parables in the Bible that do have moral worth, however I don't think that it is right to say that the only way that you should receive moral values is from the Bible. I don' think that you need a book, or at all a religion, to know what good morals are. Side: Uncertain

Abortion is a tricky subject. Should the foetus's life be taken in to hands by the mother, the government, the doctors? It can never really be determined. Personally, I think that the foetus should be dealt with according to the situation that it will be brought into. For example, if the mother wants to have the abortion because she is financially deprived, drug dependant etc. it will, indeed, rid the baby of life at all but will save it from an upbringing in those circumstances. What do you think? Side: Uncertain
