Hello bront: Need another legal lesson, huh?? M'k.. Let's say Trump ISN'T under investigation... Does that mean if Mueller comes upon some wrongdoing by Trump, he CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT it because he wasn't under investigation??? DUDE! Whether he IS, or ISN'T, if Mueller uncovers criminal conduct by him, he WILL indict, or at the very least recommend indictment/impeachment, and/or he'll present the evidence to the grand jury, and THEY can indict... If you're sued, you should settle.. If there's a car accident, you should pay.. If the cop witness says thus and so happened, he should NOT be cross examined. If there ARE absolutes in the law, why do highly paid attorneys argue about it? Why do judges consider their arguments? Why do appealate judges consider lower court arguments??
