Marijuana is one of the least most addictive drugs there is

It's more of a way to distract from pain and is used as a pain killer

The majority of people who use marijuana do not go to use other, "harder" drugs

WebMD actually says that long-term or daily weed does not cause permanent brain damage

It still is not confirmed nor proven for sure marijuana is the cause for heart problems

Marijuana has many health benefits that can outweigh any cons against using it

The use of marijuana produces more illnesses, both physical and psychological than the claims of it's medicinal properties.

The weak minded, pleasure seeking low lives who cannot face the harshness which life throws at all of us on occasions without a crutch to dull the pain will present their embarrassingly ridiculous arguments to try to have everyone agree with the legalization of this dangerous drug so they can feel vindicated for their weak character traits.

Idiots who argue otherwise are only kidding themselves which is their prerogative, but it is mischievous, if not criminal to try to convince others that it's use is safe when every medical publication states the opposite.

Legalizing marijuana would:

boost revenue (new taxes could be applied to sale and distribution)

cause more effective law enforcement and criminal justice

have less money supporting crime

control safety

have a wider access for medicinal use

In Colorado, legalized marijuana taxes were expected to bring in $118 million but fell short 42% with only $62 million

Apparently the constant supply of prisoners from drugs keep the prison business booming

Marijuana is not the only drug which money goes out to stop so that would not be a huge difference

Drug-impaired driving would take place more

There would be better access for marijuana to be abused as well

Legalizing marijuana will only end the problem of people getting it illegally but will not solve the issue of people abusing it

Side: Not Legalizing Marijuana

It's no worse than alcohol, why not?
