Let me make one thing (lots of things) clear

I was in America last week visiting my family out in the country, and everywhere I went (besides seeing people gawk at my accent) I saw FOX News on the television. Here are my observations:

The FOX News man, whoever he was, was ranting about how it was liberals who caused the college cheating scandal.
The conservative news offered nothing in substance. It has become a place where divisive ideologies can be displayed to the public, some of whom don't know any better than to agree with what they see.
I was also quite perplexed because it's not liberals who commit those actions; it is despicable people who may, by coincidence, be liberal. How about your president, for instance? He's about as despicable as Lori Loughlin, and was a liberal before he became president. Politics does not determine your integrity, honesty, or kindness. It escalates your feelings of bad intent.

I will not participate in this debate. Outlaw60 will not either, and neither will Chinaman.

One thing is BECOMING clear, America is becoming, in large part, UN-American. I'm over 80 and I've never seen this amount of hate and bigotry, much of it directed at our own system of democracy, our own Constitution. MANY of the worst CLAIM to be "Christian" even while they spread their hate. Not that surprising when you consider white supremacists and Nazis somehow feel they're doing "Gods work".

The fact that so many are living now that have never known The United States as it used to be, never known democracy as it used to be. Don't get me wrong, we were never perfect, always fighting against racial and bigot problems, but, they were smaller groups and getting smaller by the year. Now, they seem to get bigger by the week! I'm not a Christian, never was one. Today I would never BE one. Not that there aren't a LOT of good Christians, there are. There are SO many hypocrites among them, so many trying to re-write our Constitution to follow the Bible. (BIG mistake, IMO), especially when so many hate or ridicule other religions (OR races). When we swear on the Bible, we swear to uphold the Constitution, NOT the Bible. Actually, it's just as legal to swear with your hand on the Constitution, as Teddy Roosevelt and Adams did. I wish MORE would!

I feel our democracy slipping away. Hate between religions gaining strength. Hate between races gaining strength. Hate of authority gaining strength. I/ME gaining strength. Humanity and freedom losing. I used to love this world, there was always more good than bad. The good ol' days, may they rest in peace. Good luck to the many who have a chance to turn it around, hopefully in the next election, get rid of the "fire starter" and YOU may live to be 80. Don't … and WONT. Hate between religions AND races, as usual, will not save the world, neither will any "god". :-(

"All men are created equal." Hate makes the difference.

America may fall or split. No biggie. I m not a white racist - but I think it’s fine if they go make their own territory. California could become the left refuge. Mainly - I just hope people realize that culture mixing is PAINFUL.

Hell, even the Nazis couldn’t decide on one religion. Hitler liked ancient Nordic gods. But so many Nazis were Christians?

That’s ironic - even Hitler didn’t have the balls to kill the Abrahamic god!

Fox News is absolute brain cancer. It makes Goebbels and his WW2 pamphlets/films look like a childish amateur in comparison. However, the real problem is that anybody with half a brain is going to watch anything else, whatever it is. Hence, the competition only has to be mildly better in order to attract viewers.

You simply can't produce a reliable media under conditions of supercapitalism. It can't be done because the media has a conflict of interests right from the outset. They can't be a successful business and a neutral platform simultaneously.

You certainly qualify under the half a brain criteria and your go to channels are You Tube conspiracy channels.

I guess the only “reliable “ media would be under a socialist system then , probably name the channel Utopia News

That wasn't what you were saying the other say when you were trying to send me links to child porn. I'm surprised the police haven't arrested you yet, you disgusting little pig.

I guess you have nothing intelligent to say, as per usual.

Gibberish

Not gibberish. If a newspaper's incentive is profit it leads to conflicts of interest between advertisers and/or owners and the news.

Shut your stupid mouth you pig-thick Irish paedophile.

Hello mr.

That's easy.. You were IN the country. Outside of any major US city, FOX News prevails.. But, most people live IN the city.. City folk don't watch FOX much..

It's interesting that our physical divides mirror our political divides.
