Parents have the right to refuse to vaccinate their children but not without being informed of the consequences that could result from their decision. Doctors should get in writing that the parents refuses to vaccinate this way the doctor is not held liable and the parent becomes liable in the instance that their child infects one or more children. Protection under religion, culture, nationality, and any other excuse should not be taken into account for the safety, welfare and health of a child. Schools should enforce the rules that no child can attend school that is not vaccinated because it creates a serious health hazards to the non-vaccinated child and the other children around them.
