"Country's People" don't collectively make grammatical errors, individuals do. Did someone mock your grammar? They were mocking you, not the country and all of its people, rest assured. Maybe you're asking if one should be mocked for their grammar? Depends. If there is no value in the argument besides, why not? If it is a distraction from the argument, then there are better things to focus on in my opinion. Side: No... WRONG!
