Terrorists are "brainwashed" on basis of emotion and religion into believing that somehow those innocent people are related to the deaths of their(Terrorist's) dear ones and those of who belonged to their(Terrorist's) religion. Terrorists are made to believe that they are soldiers who should avenge the death of their loved ones. Sometimes families are blackmailed into sending their children for such causes. Naming such inhumane causes as work of god.

After seeing that beggars on the street we go to our children,siblings and our own conscience and ask them to study so that they won't have to face such kind of hardships in their life. We ask our loved ones to work even harder so they can do better in their lives. We start saving money so our family can live happily. Some times is isn't a straight forward relation but a subconscious relation.

Someone has rightly affirmed that ‘imagination is pre-requisite of ideas, and ideas have made human race dominant over other races of the planet. This is idea and idea only that has proved our supremacy over other creatures of the planet. And it is well and widely known to everyone that ideas come after emotions and imaginations. What do you think about the people who are running Old age homes or Help Age India ? You think they don't have any emotions... These movies are made to question the morals of the society... If people were heartless and emotionless... then movies like "Baghwan" and "Lage Raho Munna Bhai" would have been complete flop... But I must agree that some children abandon their parents... But the reason of old age homes cannot be attributed only to emotionless creatures... their can be other unseen reasons like... insufficiency of funds... unavailability of social environment... their children might have demised... dispute in the family... or our own million year old instinct... we humans at the dawn of man kind had only one agenda "Survive" that time from nature "Evolutionary Race"... so old people were just a liability from the new generation without giving any kinda output...so over time we got hardwired to survive by leaving behind old people and taking care of young ones... as time passed we formed societies... these societies formed rules... if we had to live within its protection we had to follow them... but now in 21st. century the competition is returning not in form of "nature" but in form of more deadly "Economic Race" so the man kind is calling upon its raw instincts to survive this... Man is a bundle of emotions until and unless he is drowning(Metaphorical)... There are more parents living happily with their children and with the support of their children than parents in old age homes... and as i said lack of emotion is not only the reason and the presence of old age home itself shows a presence of emotion in human kind.

friends, i have an example to prove that man is a bundle of emotions . have you ever heard the name of an organisation 'DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS' this orgnisation has doctors from all over the world who risk there life and careers so that they can give treatment to thousands suffring in the war torn areas like- kenya, somalia, ethiopia etc. doesn't this example is enough to prove that man is a bundle of emotions. on other hand negative emotions like religious & ethnic hateredare on the rise in india but there numerous stories, the reat story of a hindu saving several muslim famalies from fanatic or a muslim lady adopting hindu children made orphen in communal riots. what made these people risk their life & face anger from the peole of their own community. it is nothing that the greatest human characterstic called EMOTION......

Emotions are a mental state that arise spontaneously and is often accompanied by psychological changes; a feeling -joy, sorrow, hate and love. Where there is life there are emotions. Non living things like machines do not possess emotions. It is the emotions that differentiates a living being from the non livings.

Man is said to be the bundle of emotions. In fact it is the emotions that make a man a living being. All the human activities are guided by his emotions. It is the degree of emotions that differentiates a man from other animals. Though other animals do have emotions but of short horizon.

As quoted by famous philosopher Aristotle, man is a social animal. Society comes into existence because of interpersonal relations of human being which are controlled by emotions. We cannot expect a society without existence of emotions among its members. Even the existing societies will come to an end in the absence of emotions.

It is emotions that create a bond of attachment among human being. Unlike machines the human beings love, hate, weep, laugh, feels jealous, pride etc. It is because of emotions that a man is treated differently than machines. He is paid, mostly employed locally, provided leave etc for recreation and to meet family need i.e. emotions. Even Mash-low has also described the role of emotions in human needs.

If we look at life it is nothing but survival of emotions. We earn livelihood working in different professions. My friends may argue that at work place, specially today, man keeps the emotions away and behaves like a machine. A manager never thinks of emotions but of output. But let us think why at all a man works! He works to fulfill not only his personal needs but also that of his family and society. Here the emotions come into picture. Though at work place he may avoid showing emotions, but his ultimate aim of working is the emotions. Though one may not show emotions at work place, it still prevails within him. It can be seen when one of his friends falls sick, immediately emotions come into picture and he starts taking care of his friend leaving the work aside.

The role of emotions is found continuously in human life. Be it the attachment between mother and child or a father taking care of his children and vice versa at a later stage of life or be it a school teacher bothering for the students or be it any other relations, all are based on emotional attachment. It is the emotional attachment that makes a father feel pride when his child stands first in the class. It is only and only emotional attachment that makes us shadow tears when some of our near one passes away.

It may be argued that emotions alone will not lead the humanity to the world of development of science and technology. Correct, but what the thought of development is based upon- definitely on human needs which is based on emotions. At the same time it may be remembered that the development without association of emotions proves destructive. The world has seen it at many occasions. The world has seen the use of atomic energy both in peaceful construction i.e. development and in destruction Eg JAPAN. It is only emotional attachments that insists for the correct use of inventions. Therefore the need for association of emotions.

If we see the reel life i.e. cinema industry, which projects the real life, the role of emotions become more clear. The whole movie moves along with human emotions. At times, Even a movie watcher starts weeping, laughing, he become angry etc. what does it show- definitely role of emotions in human life.

To conclude, we can say it is the emotions that make the man ‘a living object’. At the most one can suppress emotions for time being, but one can never and in no way, separate emotions from human life. Therefore it can be said that ‘MAN IS A BUNDLE OF EMOTIONS’.

i am from kv army area pune and tommorrow is my clusters.i strongly support that man is a bundle of emotions.I find most of the arguments as useless.

i would say that emotions make us think in a multi-directional way... when we have a point we stick to only that point and try hard to prove it right but emotions make us glance at other points,understand them and decide about things better which are accepted by everyone...
