more than technical knowledge a person should equally possess the qualities that an employer should have. if at all it is about technical knowledge then we have many other areas to attain that skill. bot in my opinion management education focuses more on employment education rather than technical knowledge. yes they surely require. every level of organization should have scope of management education. the top level should get the work done, for which management education is required. the lower level management should have knowledge as to what should be done, how should the work be done and so on. so for all the levels it is surely essential. Technical education is which makes us learn to create or develop things.... Management is what which helps to organize things accordingly with a set of guidelines which are already there in it...... Without management an organisation cannot exist... so definitely it is an employment creator over technical education. Side: Good

With the help of technical skills you can give new ideas to any business and there is scope of job opportunities but to execute the ideas and implement them in the way they have planned management education is important. It also helps to maintain the organization and achieve the goals Side: Good
i feel management education is an employement creator as we learn many qualities of being professional like how to be a manager in an organisation, leadership qualities dealing projects with employees, on a contrary, management education alone is not enough to an individual .one should possess technical knowledge too. Technical education plays a virtual role in human resource development of the country by creating skilled manpower, enhancing industrial productivity and improving the quality of life of its people. technical education covers programmes in engineering technology, applied arts & crafts, hotel management and catering technology. I am going to butt in, here. The two are complementary. Managers are critical. They do tasks that make it possible for people who have technical skills (garnered by technical education) to make necessary contributions to enterprises capable of employing technical people, their managers, and many people who have neither technical nor managerial skills. Without the people with technical skills, there are not the technically developed products or technical skills the enterprise offers in the marketplace. Without the managerial skills, there is no way to grow an enterprise in a way that creates jobs. If you want to make it into a contest between management and technical education, you might as well throw in education on how to tell time and use a calendar. That education makes possible the creation of more jobs than the other two put together. Side: Good

Technical education makes an individual to invent new technologies which is later used by managers. Technology deals with innovation where management just gets ended up with following technical ideas.in my view, choosing technical education over management is like creating our own path rather than the path laid by others.Technology is the brain of the world where management is its world Side: Not so good

yes it is good.Because in management education we come to learn many things regarding how to deal with situations.and it is based on the assumption that involvement leads to commitment and if an employee participates in goal setting as well as setting standards for measurement of performance towards the goal Side: Not so good
.Business management studies give people a complete education about running and maintaining a business. Business students are not only taught the basic principles of management in text books, they are also given real life examples to examine so that they can bring these Side: Not so good

for sure Management education provides required skills to crack jobs and helps in employment, but it is not so focused on providing what today's industries/corporate wants. they are more focused on subject oriented teaching rather than on skills and knowledge oriented teaching. which,on the other side is not the same in case of technical education, it provides skills exactly demanded by the industry. Side: Not so good
Yes I do agree with you innani. management definitely gives us technical skills and subject knowledge but when it comes to providing company needy can't be made because every company management will be of different streams and variative platform.so company platform should be acquired by us. Hello, forum members! I have recently learned the aspects of project resource planning and the impressive benefits of this approach. A new perspective on resource management has brought many positive changes to my work. What do you consider to be the main advantages of resource allocation in your projects? Side: Not so good
Hello, colleagues! Allow me to share my experience in the context of resource planning in projects. Once we faced a difficult situation: the project deadline was approaching, and our team was faced with the need to carefully plan resources for efficient execution of tasks. Using the Benefits of Resource Scheduling system helped us. Our engineering group, for example, was given specific tasks and resource allocations for each project. I am sure that the flexibility and precision that resource planning provides helps to avoid stress and makes the workflow more transparent. Side: Not so good
