Women have the upper hand socially in almost every aspect of democratic, westward society. Yes, historically women definitely were second class citizens, but at this point efforts to solve for that have overcompensated. This has created sexism against MEN, and a biased media in which pointing out that fact leads to essential internet suicide. 1

As an analytical argument: Historically women have been dis privileged, stripped of rights, and discriminated against. Now, we are simply seeing the slowly fading remnants of that as fully integrating women into politics, while undivisive, simply takes a long time for the reason that completely changing political atmospheres takes a long time. No. Men should not have more right then women. I mean there is really no difference between men and women (except for like bodily functions and appearance). We are all people, we shouldn't be judged on how we look. Any women's idea could be better that a man's. Same thing if you switch it around. There is really no sensible reason to think that men should have more rights then women. Or for women to have more rights then men. Plain and simple. |
