Hopefully, you can keep up.. Cohen was charged by TWO different prosecutors.. One in NY and Robert Mueller.. Cohen pleaded guilty to EVERYTHING the NY prosecutor charged him with, and he was sentenced to 3 years.. Now, here's where it gets hinky.. Mueller was ONLY charging Cohen with lying to congress about some stupid dates.. Then once he got the conviction, he recommended that Cohen receive NO jail time.. Huh? Why would Mueller take the time and energy to convict Cohen and then recommend NO jail time??
