The Sith don't teach, they poach already-taught former Padawans of the Jedi Order because they are too lazy to teach someone from scratch. A Jedi already can use strangling and electric force they just choose not to for purposes of a fair fight, so literally Sith teach nothing at all. Also, Sith betray and kill each other... You weak minded fool, if you only knew the POWER of the DARK SIDE...What about Darth Maul, he was never a padawan, he was raised to be a dark sider by the night sisters and given to Lord Sidious at a young age. Most jedi cannot use lightning, and to do so requires the use of the DARK SIDE OF THE FORCE, Some jedi have learned it but they are considered dangerous by the other jedi and untrustworthy, and they cannot fully master the ability. So you see my young apprentice, there are no true light side users who can conduct SITH lightning, the jedi do not abstain from it for a "fair fight" because we are the ones using it in the first place, if they wanted a fair fight they would use it too!
