Not All FASTFOOD is bad: Homemade Fast Food Is healthy

People say fastfood is bad. Well i don't think so.Sure a greasy burger with all kinds of salt and fried stuff and fries dripping with grease but

if you make yourself quick things like home made sandwich, it can be healthy.

That's what i eat everyday in my lunch, homemade sandiwch with lettuce/tomato/mustard/bread and ham or turkey(about 3 to 4 thin slices) and i'm fine and my cholesterol and medical stuff levels are fine.

And I'm not obese I'm slim. And i've been eating homemade sandwiches all my life and occasionally (maybe on weekends or sometimes) i can have some restaurant fast food.

Fast foods, in my opinion, is used stereotypically to brand a food as unhealthy if it comes out of a restaurant. Fast food is not always bad for you, but it rarely is good. I've yet to find a restaurant that makes food fast, but also makes it healthy, while keeping a lower price for it.

Have a salad.

Sorry this was meant to be supported, but I clicked dispute by accident.

It's fine. But still, getting a salad at a fast food restaurant isn't healthy, either. A majority of the time the produce is processed and they give a lot of dressing. Plus, the calories in those salads are usually really high.

I disputed to support myself.

i agree because homemade fast food are healthy, we can choose what to put in them and maybe have vegetables as many as we want. I think not all fast food is bad, some of them are but the ones we make will be healthy ones. It's convenient and also good for health.

Correction: NO fastfood is bad; its effect is based on how much of it a person consumes.

Also the food doesn't make you fat; you make yourself fat.

There is a difference between junk food and fast food! I agree with you, some fast food is healthy.

Fast food chains just confuse people by presenting their food as healty, when it most of the time isn't. For instance a Salad at Mc Donalds contains just as many calories as a burger. It is not the healthier choice.

I know I'm not supposed to be involved in this debate; but the term "fast food" is a euphemisms for drive through restaurants, it has nothing to do with how quickly you can make food at home.

At fast food / drive through 'restaurant' it is about profit margins i.e. the cheapest 'food' as quickly as possible.

Hi. Today there are many fast food restaurants that try to attract as many customers as possible using all possible methods, but often eating in such restaurants does not bring health benefits. For those who love fast food and want to eat tasty, healthy food, you should pay attention to the subway restaurant chain, which is well known for its high-quality products. They pay special attention to healthy food, and therefore everyone who visits their restaurant can be sure that this food will be healthy for them.
